Glucosamine sulphate constitutes an organic chemical compound of natural origin that plays a key role in the function of the osteoarticular system. Its influence is based, among others, on increasing the amount of the unctuous substance in the joints, which deceases friction in the motor system. Insufficient joint ‘lubrication’ may lead to articular damages and consequently permanent degenerative changes.  Another important sphere of the glucosamine effects is increasing flexibility and elasticity of the ligaments, tendons and articular cartilages. This positively influences the motor skills and prevents the injuries as well. Glucosamine is recommended for each type of physical activity both for prophylactic application as well as in the process of treatment the injuries and diseases of the joints.
